About the role
We are looking for a senior profile with a strong background in business development and consultative sales within the digital ecosystem. This role will be key in driving Alkemy’s growth in Spain by leading new client acquisition and developing strategic accounts.
The position requires a cross-functional understanding of the digital landscape, combining strategy, technology, data, AI, marketing, media, CRM, eCommerce, and loyalty. The selected candidate will act as a trusted partner for large organizations, understanding their business challenges and designing tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
This is a high-visibility role, both internally and externally, representing Alkemy to senior stakeholders and directly contributing to business expansion.
What do we value?
We value candidates with a solid track record (8–10 years) in business development, sales, or account management roles within digital consultancies, agencies, or technology companies (MarTech, AdTech, data, media, CRM, or digital transformation).
Proven experience engaging with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, and heads of digital functions) is essential, along with a strong ability to influence and build long-term relationships.
We are looking for a consultative mindset, focused on understanding complex business challenges and translating them into integrated solutions, rather than selling off-the-shelf products.

What will you do?
Your main responsibility will be to drive Alkemy Spain’s profitable growth. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Generate new business by identifying and opening market opportunities
Build and develop strong relationships with strategic accounts
Lead consultative sales processes for complex, integrated solutions
Understand client business challenges and design tailored proposals
Create and manage a structured and disciplined sales pipeline
Close deals aligned with growth targets
Collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated value propositions
Represent Alkemy in front of major brands and key stakeholders
