About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to define, execute, and oversee brand strategies that ensure market positioning and growth.
You will lead the brand’s identity, working across marketing, product, and communications to ensure all initiatives reflect the company’s values, vision, and mission.
What do we value?
3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising.
Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies.
Knowledge of marketing, branding, communication, and product development.
Strong skills in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
Experience with digital campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
Analytical mindset to interpret brand performance metrics (KPIs, market share, recognition, loyalty).
Strategic, creative, and adaptable.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you will do
Develop and implement brand strategies, aligning all marketing initiatives with the company’s vision and values.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, positioning, and value.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs.
Oversee the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Coordinate product launches and collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Manage communication strategies across digital, traditional media, events, and promotions.
Track and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies based on KPIs and market insights.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders regarding brand matters.
Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to achieve business objectives
Tools & Skills
Marketing & Branding: Strategy, brand positioning, campaign management.
Analytics & Research: Market research, consumer insights, Google Analytics.
Digital Marketing: Social media, content marketing, online campaigns.
Skills: Strategic thinking, creativity, analytical mindset, teamwork.
Nice to have
Experience leading cross-functional projects (marketing, sales, product).
