About the role
We are looking for a SEM Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and eCommerce performance marketing to manage and optimize high-performing search campaigns for lead generation and online sales clients.
You’ll help maximize ROI through advanced bidding strategies, automation, technical optimizations, and data-driven decision making, working closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams.
What do we value?
4+ years of experience managing Search campaigns in agency and/or client-side environments.
Strong technical expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Advanced knowledge of eCommerce performance campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Strong experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and feed optimization.
Experience optimizing bidding strategies (CPA, tROAS, pROAS).
Analytical, organized, and results-driven mindset.
Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
What will you do
Plan, manage, and optimize Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Monitor KPIs and improve campaign performance through bidding, targeting, and feed optimizations.
Implement automation solutions, scripts, and Merchant Center/CSS integrations.
Develop tracking solutions and lead scoring integrations with CRM platforms.
Conduct technical audits, keyword expansion, and landing page A/B testing.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
Nice to have
Experience with Paid Social or Programmatic campaigns.
Google Ads certifications.
Advanced reporting, scripting, or automation skills.
