### What will you do?

You will **lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient data pipelines in AWS.** Your work will be essential to ensure the **availability, quality, and governance of the data** that drives our strategic decisions.

Specifically, you will:

- **Build and maintain** robust, automated **ETL/ELT pipelines.**

- **Integrate data from multiple sources** (APIs, databases, files, etc.), ensuring its **quality and traceability.**

- **Collaborate with Data Science, BI, and Product teams** to understand data needs and **deliver technical solutions.**

- **Optimize performance of data ingestion** and **transformation processes.**

- Apply **best practices for data security, governance, and regulatory compliance.**

- **Document processes** and **uphold high development standards.**

### What do we value?

**Essential:**

- Experience developing in **Python** for data processing, analysis, and exploitation.

- Experience developing and consuming **APIs and data integration services**.

- Hands-on experience with **containers and OpenShift** environments.

- Strong knowledge of **relational databases** (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) and **NoSQL databases** (MongoDB, Couchbase, or similar).

- Experience with **Elasticsearch Stack** (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash).

- Solid understanding of **Data Lakes** and **Data Warehouses**.

- Experience with Python data analytics libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark**.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as **Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly**.

- Experience with **DevOps** tools, including Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, and testing frameworks such as PyTest.

- Strong technical English skills.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with **data streaming** technologies such as Kafka.

- Experience designing and developing **ETL/ELT pipelines**.

- Knowledge of **Big Data** technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.

- Experience with **data governance and security**.

- Previous experience in the **financial sector** or other regulated environments.

- Experience with **Java and Spring Boot** development.
